AADOCR NSRG Secretary Candidate 2026-2027
Midwestern University - Arizona
Glendale, AZ
Graduation Date: 2027
Reasons for Running
Research and dentistry are inseparable in that a solid foundation of research is vital to create the most effective model of dental practice. It is my belief that research is a necessary basis for a great healthcare provider to offer evidence-based care to patients. I see this position in NSRG as an opportunity to further a scientific group of like-minded professionals by expanding our network, promoting collaboration and supporting the board by facilitating communication through meticulous note-taking. As a Midwestern research student, I have learned to appreciate the value of having a team of different thoughts and voices coming together to discuss and find solutions. Likewise, having a board filled with students of diverse experiences and backgrounds can only grow and enhance this group. As a NSRG officer, I hope to be a voice that continues to uphold a commitment and passion towards lifelong learning through research while also supporting and collaborating with my fellow officers. By fostering an environment, where research is valued and used for integration into clinical practice, I hope to contribute to the development of the future dental healthcare leaders, and in turn, the advancement of the dental field.
