AADOCR NSRG Councilor Candidate 2026-2027
Case Western Reserve University
Crossville, TN
Graduation Date: 2027
Reasons for Running
As a DMD/MPH student focusing on dental policy, access to care, and pedagogy, I am committed to advancing dental research and supporting student researchers in achieving our goals. My dual-degree program continues to equip me with a valuable perspective on clinical, research, and policy issues within the oral and craniofacial field.
In this uncertain time, where political and personal agendas often compete for resources, I believe proactive strategies are essential to safeguard support for student researchers nationwide. If elected, I will work with NSRG leadership to amplify our voice in national discussions and support members pursuing valuable research at their institutions. I am also passionate about fostering strong communication between the NSRG and AADOCR council, ensuring that our efforts are coordinated and effective.
This role is vital in advocating for our needs, increasing transparency, and empowering our members. As Councilor, I hope to reinforce the NSRG’s mission of making research an integral part of every dental program, promote inclusive networking opportunities, and support initiatives that advance our profession. Together, we can continue building our resilient community of student researchers as we lead the future of dentistry.
Thank you for considering my candidacy.
